SCTC II will take place on the third floor of Ingram Hall at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. All talks will be held in Ingram 3104. We have also reserved the third floor lobby -- along with rooms 3102, 3103, and 3105 -- for discussions and other participant use.

Lodging: We have obtained a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites in San Marcos and the rooms have already been assigned. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, we will provide transportation to/from the hotel to the conference events. You are also welcome to seek lodging yourself through other hotels.

Airports: If you are flying in, we recommend AUS (Austin-Bergstrom International Airport) and SAT (San Antonio International Airport). We will coordinate car pools from/to airports to/from hotels.

Parking: So long as you do not park in a "park to pay" area, parking is free. Permit requirements are not enforced over the weekend. However, please do not park in a "Reserved for Delivery" or "Reserved for Dean" parking spot. They are reserved. Here is a map of three lots right next to the conference site.
